Anodomiki has been present in the sector of architectural design, construction and properties development, since 2005, also providing construction consultancy services.
The company is founded and led by two senior partners, Chrysostomos Troupsidis with a degree in architecture from the University of Milan, and Nikolaos Liolios, survey engineer, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens.
Our company’s main principle is to deliver functional buildings, harmonise their design with modern architectural trends placing special emphasis on the dynamics of the properties market requirements. The environmental protection and optimal energy efficiency of constructions are our priority.

Anodomiki’s objective is to provide comprehensive proposals on various types of projects, such as private dwellings, commercial premises (medical facilities, office facilities and industrial buildings) and reconstruction projects.
